Artist Biography

Madison Cunningham is a singer/songwriter who dabbles in Americana and folk. Born in Costa Mesa, California, she started playing guitar at age seven and grew up singing with her four sisters in church where her father was a pastor. When she became a teenager, she was regularly performing her own songs. In 2017, she released her debut EP Love, Lose, Remember which was followed by her 2018 EP For the Sake of the Rhyme. These releases got her opening for the Punch Brothers on their US tour and signed with Verve Forecast. Madison released her debut album in 2019 titled Who Are You Now which was nominated for Best Americana Album at the 62nd Grammy Awards. In 2022, she released an expanded version of her 2020 EP Wednesday which also got a Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album. The same year she released her second album Revealer.
